Finding, recruiting and caring for employees from Mongolia
You are understaffed in various types of positions. We will find a suitable employee for you in our personnel office located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. During the selection, we work directly with the Mongolian government agency, which deals with the departure of Mongolian citizens abroad, and in cooperation with the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ulaanbaatar and the Mongolian Embassy in Prague. Our HR consulting follows the manual for obtaining the so-called "Employee cards" for work in the Czech Republic.
What is the Mongolia Regime project?
The project was created based on the cooperation of the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry and Trade. It is thus intended to help achieve the fulfillment of quotas for the employment of workers from Mongolia and eliminate the obligation of an appointment to submit an application for an employee card. The annual capacity for this project is more than 3000 applicants per year.
The Mongolia regime focuses on employing only skilled workers. The advantage of the project is that you are in the Mongolia Regime for up to 1 year after enrollment, and during this year you can apply for dozens of qualified workers from Mongolia. This is a process that takes only 3 months.
